My Grandfather Frank William Parmer Sr died in Screven, Georgia in 1974 while visiting family. My grandmother had his body shipped to Miami where he was interred. There he rested quietly until my Grandmother moved from Miami, Florida to Screven, Georgia in the early 1980’s. My grandmother then decided to have my grandfather relocated back to Screven Georgia so they could be buried together.
