Florence Ruth Parmer (Coulter) was my Great Aunt. Her birthday was 12/21/1899 but I don’t have her date of death. She was the 7th of 10 kids! My father Charles W.Coulter wrote a book on his ancestry & he has all her brothers & sisters information. If you want any information on them let me know.
